the hotel's location right on the beach was perfect. i really liked the convenience of having several restaurants within the hotel itself, i tried the greek restaurant near the pool. the housekeeping staff, especially ali, did a fantastic job keeping my room tidy with some good surprises each day.

i noticed some areas, particularly in the room's bathroom, showed minor signs of wear.

i found the breakfast to be consistently generous. dinner at the greek restaurant was excellent too, with high-quality cuisine. the restaurant offered outdoor dining in a beautiful setting. the food was AMAZING!!!

the hotel failed to recognize diamond member benefits. i was assigned a standard room, and no room upgrade was provided. this absence undermined the value of the loyalty program. the windows in the room were small.

the room was spacious i guess. it was decorated for our anniversary when i came.

i booked a king sea view room with the promise of a relaxing break, but my room had tiny windows and barely any view. it reminded me of a hostel. i kept getting moved and staff members gave conflicting information so i was mislead and confused.
